Shopping for Dad can be difficult. How many ties or pairs of socks does a guy really need? Exactly!
So, instead of agonizing over a gift for him, create a handy Recipe Album for Dad! My Dad is just starting to get into cooking himself, so I put together a handy album that goes through some key recipes that he can quickly and easily put together himself.
The “brainwave” for this album came from seeing a child’s chipboard Spiderman book that had an interesting swoopy edge. Stripping off the printed story left a beautiful chipboard base that can be easily covered and used as the foundation for the album. Adding in the recipes and using images from StampinUP! sets like “Voila!” and “Tart and Tangy”, gave the album the food flair that it needed.
